PAUL KARIUKI MWANGI

Paul joined the scholarship program in January 2023 in his second year of study at Chuka University where he is undertaking a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science. He is currently in his third year and is expected to complete his studies in April 2025 and graduate later in the year.

Paul, the first born in a family of six was born in Nyakio Ward in Nyandarua South Sub-County, Nyandarua County where he lives with his paternal grandmother. Growing up, he often looked after cattle and was involved in farming, roles he still participates into date.

Paul, who has attempted vying for a student leadership position at the university is passionate about political leadership and exploring the world.

In 10 years’, Paul expects to have become a successful and qualified animal health scientist, running his own livestock rearing business.
