JOY ATIENO BARAZA

Joy joined the scholarship program in January 2023 as a first-year student at Kenyatta University, pursuing a Bachelor of Economics She is currently in her Second year and is expected to complete her studies in April 2026 and graduate later in the same year.

Joy was born and lives Nyayo Highrise Ward in Kibera Sub-County, Nairobi County. As the second born in a family of six, Joy often assists her parents with house chores including taking care of her younger siblings.

Joy is passionate about cooking and learning new skills. She is highly motivated and a hard worker. She sees herself as a successful banker or accountant in the next 10 years, financially.
